02. 08.11.2011 In view of the facts stated in the F.I.R. relating

to offence under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code in

connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2010 and

statement made in the affidavit in support of bail

application, in my opinion, it is a fit case in which applicant

should be released on bail.

Accordingly, the above named applicant shall

be released on bail on furnishing sureties to the satisfaction

of C.J.M. concerned.
