02. 24.03.2011 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a

complaint case in which cognizance has been taken

under Sections 406/34 of the I.P.C and Section ¾ of the

Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he received

Rs. 1,50,000/- before the engagement ceremony and

thereafter he also, on demand received further Rs.

1,00,00/-

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

that after investigation the accusation was found false

and final form was submitted but differing with the same,

cognizance has been taken.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner

namely Pintu Kumar, in the event of his arrest or

surrender before the Court below within a period of 12

weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in

connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2007.
