4. 27.10.2010 Learned Counsel for the State submits that eight

bail orders of co-accused have been received but the bail order of

co-accused Madan Mandal @ Madan Mahto on which bail orders

of the present eight is founded has not been submitted.

The District Judge, Patna is directed to ensure that

the order of bail to co-accused Madan Mandal @ Madan Mahto

passed in B.A. No. 5364 of 2009 be forwarded to this Court at

the earliest.
