dated 18.04.2011, let the words “Kouwakol (Rupau) P.S.

Case No. 131” be corrected to be read as “Kouwakol

(Rupau) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2001”.

Accordingly, the order dated 18.04.2011 is

modified to the extent above.

Let the order be communicated to the Court of

C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Kouwakol (Rupau) P.S.

Case No. 131 of 2001 at the cost of the office.
