Earlier the petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this

Court on April 18, 2009 by passing the following order:-

“After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states
that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty
to the petitioner to seek information under the Right to
Information Act, 2005, regarding the rejection of his claim for
giving appointment to his son.”

Again the same petition has been filed by the petitioner without

seeking the said information from the department under the Right to

Information Act, 2005.

Dismissed.
