None appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2 inspite of sufficient service of
notice.

The State was provided opportunity to file Counter Affidavit within six weeks
vide this court’s order dated 03-10-2007. It is unfortunate that the Counter
Affidavit has not been filed as yet.

Learned A.G.A prays for and is granted two weeks further time to file
Counter Affidavit. No further time will be granted.

If the Counter Affidavit is filed, the Rejoinder Affidavit may be filed within
one week thereafter.

List immediately thereafter.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing.
