Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned
A.G.A. for the State.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that there are
cross cases and initially the cross case was registered as N.C.R. in
which injuries were there on both sides and lathies and dandas are
said to have been used in the incident and a general role has been
assigned to all the accused persons.
Per contra, learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties
and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let
the applicants Pooran and Ram Nath, involved in Case Crime No.
954/09, under sections 323, 308, 304, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police
Station Jakhalaun, district Laliitpur, be released on bail on their
furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like
amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
