Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer that
suitable direction may be issued to the learned Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate Iv th Mathura to decide the application dated 3.8.2005 in
criminal case no. 1503 of 2004 under sections 420,427,467,468,471, and
120-B I.P.C. P.S. Sadar Bazar district Mathura.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case it is directed that in
case any application dated 3.8.2005 is pending disposal the same shall be
heard and disposed of expeditiously without granting unnecessary
adjournments to either of the side.

With the above direction this application is finally disposed of.
