Time Extension Applicaiton No. 203307 of 2010 has been filed by the
applicant Pooran Singh .
A perusal of the order dated 7.5.2010 passed in Crl.Misc. Appeal
No.2544 of 2010 reveals that the applicant was allowed one month time
to deposit Rs.10,000/- towards penalty and it was on the deposition of
this amount, the realisation of the rest of the amount is stayed.
The contention of the applicant is that he is a poor person and could
not manage the money within time but now he has arranged amount to
be deposited hence, the time to deposit the money may be extended.
The prayer is allowed. Time upto 5.8.2010 to deposit the penalty
amount of Rs.10,000/-is allowed.
