The writ petition is disposed of by providing that the District Magistrate,
Agra will look into the grievances of the petitioner. The petitioner may file a
comprehensive representation within a period of two weeks before the
authority concerned who will take appropriate decision thereon in accordance
with law within one month thereafter.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
