                                      ORDER

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner challening the order

in O.P(EA) No. 56/2002 on the file of the Additional District Judge

Kottayam , awarding additional compensation of a sum of Rs. 13593/-

with interest at the rate of 6% per annum. The revision petitioner is the 1st

counter petitioner in the above said O.P. The court below on a detailed

evaluation of the evidence on record, granted a nominal enhancement

finding that the compensation fixed by the Electricity Board is not

adequate. I find no reason to interfere with the order awarding nominal

enhancement of compensation in this case.

This Civil Revision Petition is without any merit; it is accordingly

dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
