For torture upon the informant,

petitioner remained in custody since 13.12.2010.

Marriage is of the year 1996.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case, let the above named

petitioner be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna

in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2010.
