3/ 16.08.2011 This application has come under the heading “To Be

Mentioned” at the instance of the petitioner.

Due to inadvertence, in the cause title of the order dated

27.04.2011, name of the petitioner‟s father has wrongly been typed

as “Late Shahdeo Choudhary”, whereas, it should have been “Babu

Ram Choudhary”. Further in the second line of the order „Cr. Misc.

No.25723/2010‟ has been typed, whereas, it should have been “Cr.

Misc. No.19620 of 2010”.

The order dated 27.04.2011 stands modified to the

aforesaid extent.
