ORDER

Mr.Surti,
learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that the
petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage,
more particularly in view of the fact that the original plaintiff has
already deleted prayer Clause-2 and 3 from the original plaint and
the learned trial Court has also ordered that suit will not proceed
in respect of prayer clause made in Clause 2 and 3 of Paragraph
No.10, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Considering the request made by the petitioner, the permission is
granted. The petition stands disposed of withdrawn.
