Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Standing Counsel.
The limited grievance made by the petitioner in the present writ
petition is that in pursuance of the advertismeent for appointment
on the post of Shiksha Mitra, the petitioner made an application
with the requisite documents. The petitioner was II in merit list.
The candidate at serial no.1 has already joined the BTC training
therefore, the petitioner is entitled for appointment on the post of
Shiksha Mitra but the respodnent in spite of the repeated requests
and representations is not considering the claim of the petitioner
and the matter is kept pending by respodnent no.2.
In such circumstances this writ petition is disposed of finally
directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation, Annexure-8
to the writ petition dated 11.11.2009 by a speaking and reasoned
order within a period of 6 weeks from the date of production of
certified copy of this order.
No order is passed as to costs.
