Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 264 of 2008 from the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) and also a

report from the Superintendent of police, Bettiah (West

Champaran) about the antecedent of the petitioner, who is

accused in the aforesaid case, so as to reach this Court within

three weeks and put up after receipt of the same.
