                     ORDER

This petition is filed under section 482 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash

Annexure A1 F.I.R. in Crime 101/2010 of Chavara

Police Station registered for the offence under

sections 143, 147,148,452,323,427 read with

section 149 of Indian Penal Code contending

that the entire disputes with the injured

second respondent has been settled amicably.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instruction

submitted that though petition was filed only

on 15.8.2010, final report was submitted before

the learned Magistrate on 20.4.2010 itself. In

such circumstances, with liberty to challenge

the final report, petition is dismissed.
