for the petitioner to produce before this Court any reliable material
to show that certificate or degree awarded by the Central Board of
Higher Education which is registered society has been granted
recognition by the Union of India or the Postal Departmental for
purposes of recruitment into their services or not.
Put up after four weeks, if so advised, Union of India
may file counter affidavit in the meantime.
