learned advocate Mr.Pradeep Patel for the petitioner and learned AGP
Ms.Sandhya Nathani for respondent.

2. In
the present civil application, the prayer is made to fix the matter
for final hearing.

3. The
main matter is at the stage of amendment. Till date it is not listed
for final hearing and reply is also not filed by the respondent.

4. Considering
the aforesaid circumstances, the prayer made in the present
application is rejected. Accordingly, present civil application is
disposed of.

5. It
is open for the petitioner to file such application as and when the
pleadings between the parties are ready.
