1. Heard
learned advocate Mr.Pradeep Patel for the petitioner and learned AGP
Ms.Sandhya Nathani for respondent.
2. In
the present civil application, the prayer is made to allow the draft
amendment in the main petition.
3. Considering
the averments made in the application and the submissions made by
both the learned advocates, draft amendment is allowed as prayed for
in the present civil application, with a direction to the applicant
to carry out the same within a period of one week from today and
supply the amended copy of petition to the respondent. Accordingly,
present civil application is disposed of.
4. It
is open for the respondent to file affidavit in reply, if they so
desire, against the amended portion of the petition.
