While
disposing of the above petition, vide order dated 15th October, 2007,
a direction was given to the trial court to hear and dispose of
Regular Civil Suit no. 511 of 2004 on or before 30th June, 2008.
Looking to the request made by the learned Principal Senior Civil
Judge, Morbi, the time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit no. 511 of
2004 is hereby extended upto 30th June, 2009. This speaking to
minutes note is disposed of.
