JUDGMENT

1. Shri
B.K. Oza, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has
submitted that as the main H.R.P. Suit itself is decided and disposed
of against which even appeal is also preferred, the present Civil
Revision Application has become infructuous.

2. Under
the circumstances, the present Civil Revision Application is
dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged.
Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated. No costs.
