Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for the
State.
Applicant is in jail since 19.3.2010 in connection with offences
under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station Jalesar, District Etah.
It appears that the arrest of main accused was stayed by this Court
vide order dated 12.5.2010 in criminal misc. writ petition no.7974
of 2010. The victims and accused had appeared in person before
this Court. They stated that they have married. They are living
together. The present applicant is not named in the first
information report.
Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case,
without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is
allowed.
Let applicant Prakash son of Ram Pal Singh involved in case crime
no. 110 of 2010 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station
Jalesar, District Etah, be released on bail on his executing a
personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
