This is an application for cancellation of bail of accused opposite parties
in Case Crime No.88 of 2007, under Sections 498-A, 323, 452 IPC and
Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar
Nagar.
On 26.3.2009 on request of learned counsel for the applicant time was
allowed for filing supplementary affidavit, which has not been filed as
yet.
As per allegation applicant was deliberately crashed and received
serious injuries and admitted in the hospital regarding which first
information report was lodged, which was registered as Case Crime
No.2024 of 2008, under Sections 279, 338 IPC, P.S. Nai Mandi, District
Muzaffar Nagar.
According to AGA in that case final report was submitted by the
Investigating Officer as no offence was made out.
In view of the aforesaid facts, it is not fit case for cancellation of bail of
accused opposite parties.
Accordingly, application is rejected.
