02. 20.1.2011 In light of Annexure-3 and the information indicated therein

by the Block Education Officer, Dalsingsarai, let the petitioner move the

District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority to claim his

appointment on the post in the above stated background.

There may not be an occasion to look into the matter at this

stage.

The District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority will

hear the parties and decide the issue at the earliest.

The writ application is disposed of with above observation.
