12 19.09.2011 I.A. No. 5233 of 2011 has been filed in C.W.J.C. No.

11201 of 2010 by two persons Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Kaushal

Kishore Pandey for being added as party to this writ petition claiming to

be the co-sharers of Damodar Pandey, the lesser of respondent no. 3 as

per the Khatiyan (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) and the genealogy

(Annexure-1 to the interlocutory application).

Considering the averments made by learned counsel for

all the parties concerned, this interlocutory application is allowed and

the said applicants are added as respondent nos. 6 and 7 to the writ

petition.

For further hearing, put up these cases under the same

heading tomorrow (20.09.2011).
