06/ 14-Sep-2010 On behalf of State a stand has been taken that

preparation of final award and payment of full award

amount has been delayed because estimated amount is

said to be above Rs. 1 Crore and therefore requires

sanction from the State Cabinet.

Already the matter has been delayed beyond

the time permitted by this Court on 27.10.2009.

However, in view of the aforesaid stand this Court

would like to have a firm commitment from the

concerned Secretary that the Cabinet decision shall be

obtained within a reasonable time to be indicated on

affidavit. For that purpose, as prayed, let this matter be

listed under the same heading after one week.
