02 27.04.2011 By this application, the petitioners want certain
corrections to be recorded in respect of C.W.J.C. No.2173 of 2008,
which was disposed of by this Court by order dated 28.03.2011. In
paragraph-2 of this application for modification it is stated that in
respect of petitioner nos.4,9&10 the addresses have not been correctly
recorded in the writ petition and, consequently, in the cause title of the
final order. It is stated that the correct address of petitioner no.4 may
be read and modified as Md. Zubair Alam, Son of Md. Badaruddin,
resident of Village-Chakrami, P.O.-Narayanpur, P.S.-Bihpur, District-

Bhagalpur, with respect to petitioner no.9, Raj Kumar Haldhar, Son of
Motilal Haldhar, resident of Village & P.O.-Madhurapur, P.S.-
Bhawanipur, District-Bhagalpur and in respect of petitioner no.10 it is
stated that she is wrongly shown to be the daughter of Jayprakash
Shah, she should be shown as wife of Jayprakash Shah.
Having considered the matter, this application is
allowed. Let the writ petition and the order dated 28.03.2011 passed
therein be read with the aforesaid corrections.
