Application for anticipatory bail. The petitioners

apprehend arrest on the allegation that they have committed

culpable non-bailable offences of matrimonial cruelty against one

Pooja, the wife of the 1st petitioner.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, after taking

instructions, makes a categoric statement that the petitioners are

not required to be arrested and shall not be arrested.

3. The above submissions of the learned Public

Prosecutor are taken note of and are hereby recorded. The

apprehension of the petitioners is thus found to be without any

basis.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor undertakes that if the

petitioners were to be arrested on any later date on the allegation

that they have committed any non-bailable offence against the

said Pooja prior to this day, prior notice shall be given to the

petitioners and prior permission of this Court shall be taken.

5. This petition is accordingly dismissed accepting the

submissions/undertaking of the learned Public Prosecutor.
