This
application for fixing an early date of final hearing of Criminal
Appeal No.4691/2004 is not required to be entertained because by
order dated 26th April, 2005 and 12th May,
2005, the same prayer has already been rejected by this Court.
Moreover, it is required to be noted that the co-accused i.e.
Appellant no.1 Pravin is absconding since 21st November,
2004. This application is accordingly rejected.
