2 03.03.2011 The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2010 in relation to

Begusarai Town Police Station Case No 344 of 2010 instituted under

various sections of the Arms act for alleged recovery of the countrymade

pistol with live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. There

were other recoveries from other persons as well.

Be that as it may, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to

be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town Police Station

Case No 344 of 2010.
