The petitioner claims the disobedience of the order dated 24th of November,
2009, passed in writ petition No.1592 (SB) of 2006, whereby the opposite
party i.e. the Principal Secretary, Department of Irrigation, Government of
U.P. has been directed to look into the matter and take a decision with regard
to the petitioner’s placement against the vacancy of 1988-89 within the quota
of 8.33 per cent in terms of decision taken by the Public Service
Commissioner vide office memorandum dated 6.11.2000 within four months
from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
The petitioner submitted that he served a copy of order on 24th of November,
2009 and thereafter four months have been passed, but till date no decision
has been communicated to the petitioner.
Issue notice to opposite party to appear before this court on the next date and
show cause why he has not obeyed the order passed by this court.
