Against the impugned order of transfer dated 19.5.2010 the petitioner has
preferred a representation dated 22.5.2010 annexure 4 to the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the
authority concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the
petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as
possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of production
of the certified copy of this order.
