2 11.3.2011 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is a claimant for appointment under the

compassionate category since his father was working in Bihar

Veterinary College and died in harness. Several representations

and legal notice served on the Principal of Veterinary College has

to elicit any response.

Since inaction is the reason for filing the present

writ application, therefore it is disposed of with a direction upon

respondent no.4, i.e. Principal Veterinary College, Rajendra

Agriculture University that taking cognizance of the claim of the

petitioner his application would be processed. If any formality is

required the petitioner would be informed of the same and

thereafter a decision be taken in this regard within a period of

three months from the date of communication or production of a

copy of this order.

This writ application is disposed of with the above

direction.
