Heard
Mr. Amin, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Pandya, learned
APP respondent State of Gujarat. Mr. Pandya places on record the
report received from the Investigating Agency.
We
have perused the report as well. The report indicates that the
Investigating Agency has taken all pains to trace the corpus as well
as respondent No. 1 and all attempts have unfortunately been failed.
In our view, no fruitful purpose is likely to be served by keeping
this matter alive. Therefore, we dispose of this petition with a
direction to the Investigating Agency to continue the search of the
corpus as well as the accused with same zeal and enthusiasm. The
petition stands disposed. Notice is discharged.
