It
is stated by Mr H.S Munshaw learned advocate for respondent No 2
that by now total amount of Rs 62,258 has been paid by the respondent
No. 2 to the petitioner towards different benefits. The revised
pension papers of the petitioner have been sent to the office of
Assistant Examiner Legal Fund Audit at Patan on 6th April
2011. The learned Assistant Government Pleader may take instructions
regarding the stage at which the matter is and how long it will
take. List on 15th June 2011.
