Singh, SI has confirmed that the petitioner has joined the

investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In the circumstances, in my opinion, no useful purpose

would be served by having the petitioner taken in custody.

In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to allow

this petition. Petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory

bail subject to the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.PC

upto filing of the challan, whereafter the petitioner would be

required to seek regular bail.

Petition stands disposed of.
