This petition has been filed challenging the order of termination

of the petitioner’s service dated 29.10.1987 (Annexure P-6).

Interim order was passed staying the operation of the impugned

termination order. However, on 15.7.1992 the petitioner voluntarily

resigned from service. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed as

having become rendered infructuous.
