After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for

the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition reserving liberty for the

petitioner-Association as also the aggrieved members to seek such other

redress in such other proceedings as may be open in law.

The writ petition, is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty prayed for. No costs.
