After arguing the matter at some length, the petitioner seeks

leave to withdraw this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition on the

same cause of action after the disposal of the appeal pending before the

State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana against the order

of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kurukshetra in the case

filed by Fancy Sanitary Store, Kurukshetra.

The writ petition, is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with the

liberty prayed for. No costs.
