The prayer made in the application is for transferring the
case to the Armed Forces Tribunal.

Notice of the application to the non-applicants.
At this stage, Ms.Urmil Gupta, Advocate appears and
accepts notice on behalf of Union of India.

In view of the provisions contained in the Armed Forces
Tribunal Act, 2007, the present case is mandatorily required to be
transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal constituted under the Act.
The Registry is directed to transfer the records of the present petition
to the Armed Forces Tribunal at Chandi Mandir.

Disposed of accordingly.
