                        JUDGMENT

The complaint in this writ petition is that the

respondents have not taken any action on Exts.P1 and P2

representations to prevent parallel service. Learned

Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on

receipt of the said representations, inspections have been

conducted and the allegations were found to be incorrect.

If that be so, nothing survives in this petition and the same

is closed. Needless to say that it is the respondents are

responsible to continue such inspections and take

appropriate action.
