This appeal is directed against the order dated

18.6.2002 in I.A.828/2000 in O.S.7/1994 on the file of the Sub

Court, Manjeri, whereby the court below restored the suit to file.

This Appeal has been pending before this Court for the last

around five years. In view of the efflux of time as above,

apparently no orders are necessary in this appeal. It is closed.
