The petitioner, who retired on

31.10.2000 as University Professor, Post

Graduate, Department of Commerce from

Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, has

prayed for declaration that he is entitled

to get his pension revised in view of

Article 16 of the Pension Statute read with

the State Government Resolution No.820

dated 23.9.2009 and consequently to direct

the respondents to re-fix the pension.

It was submitted by learned counsel

for the petitioner that the issue has

already been settled by this Court in

C.W.J.C. No.3616 of 2010 (Dr.Himanshu

Bhushan Vs. Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur

University and others) and other connected

writ petitions. Learned counsel for the

petitioner has referred to Annexure-3 to

the petition, which is a copy of order

dated 3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3616

of 2010 and other connected writ petitions.

Accordingly, the writ petition

stands disposed of in the same terms of

order dated 3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C.

No.3616 of 2010.
