6. 19.9.2011 Learned counsel for the petitioner, the University and

the State are present.

A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of

the University, a copy of which has been served on the learned

counsel for the petitioner as also the State.

Learned counsel for the State prays for four weeks’ time

to enable filing of the show cause in the light of the stand of the

University that for paucity of fund, retiral dues of the petitioner

could not paid.

As prayed for, list this case after four weeks.
