2. 23.3.2011. Heard Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh,

learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri

Prabhu Narayan Sharma, learned A.C. to

learned Advocate General, who appears on

behalf of respondent no.1/State and Shri

Equbal Ahmad, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of respondent nos.2 to 5/Patna

University.

The petitioner, who superannuated

with effect from 31.1.2002 from the post of

University Professor, Post Graduate

Department of History and Professor-in-

Charge (Principal), Patna College, Patna

University, has prayed for a declaration

that he is entitled to get his pension

revised in terms of Government Resolution

No.820 dated 23.9.2009 and also for merger

of 50% Dearness relief in his basis

pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the issue involved in the

present writ petition has already been

decided on 3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C.

No.3616 of 2010 (Dr. Himanshu Bhushan Vs.

Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University and

others) and other connected writ petitions.

The petition stands allowed in

terms of order dated 3.12.2010 passed in

C.W.J.C. No.3616 of 2010 and other

connected writ petitions.
