4 22.09.2011 A show cause has been filed by the

Registrar of the University today. It is

stated in the show cause that, after final

calculation, an amount of Rs.3,06,417/- is

found payable to the petitioner towards

arrears of salary. It is stated that the

same shall be paid to the petitioner

positively within four weeks from the date

of receipt of next allotment of grant from

the State Government to the University.

In view of such statement, the

contempt application is disposed of.
