Pushpendra as well as respondent no. 2 Smt. Alka are present in Court.

As jointly prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Santosh
Kumar, who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2, list this
case on 5.2.2010, within this time Sri Santosh Kumar may file counter
affidavit.

Till the next date of listing interim order, granted earlier, shall remain
operative. It is made clear that the parties may not appear in person on the
next date fixed.
