                     JUDGMENT

Petitioner, a student of B.Tech Course

at Saint Gits College of Engineering,

Pathamuttom, Kottayam, affiliated to the Mahatma

Gandhi University, has completed the course in

the year 2007. He had appeared for one paper of

the 4th semester in the supplementary Examination

held in May, 2008. Apparently, dissatisfied with

the marks obtained in one paper, he had applied

for revaluation. He is aggrieved that the

result of the revaluation has not been published

so far.

2. I heard learned standing counsel for

the University also. There is no justification

for the delay in the publication of results of

revaluation in respect of the Examination held

in May, 2008.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed

of directing the 1st respondent to publish the

results of the revaluation sought for by the

petitioner in relation to the 4th semester

supplementary Examination held in May, 2008, as

early as possible, at any rate, within a period

of two months from the date of receipt of a copy

of this judgment, provided the application for

revaluation is in order and otherwise correct.
