Heard Sri Neetu Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioiner.

She says that the Civil Appeal No. 70 of 2009 Putti Lal vs. Smt. Gaundara
alias Sundara and others is pending before the Court below.

The petitioner is allowed to move an application for expeditious disposal of
the case, before the District Judge, who is directed to pass appropriate order
on that application expeditiously.

With these observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
